ColorMunki Photo $100 Online Cash Rebate

To receive your rebate cheque, follow these simple instructions:
1. Purchase ColorMunki Photo between 01/10/08 and 28/02/09.
2. Submit the completed rebate form online together with the photo or scanned copy of the ColorMunki invoice and the original UPC code cut out from the ColorMunki Photo product packaging (valid UPC Code 7640111922001 located below the barcode on packaging).
3. Submit proof of purchase of eligible Trade-in Solutions** (acceptable proof of purchase includes photo of product with serial number or scanned copy of title page of user manual along with the serial number off the device).
How to submit your rebate form onlin:
1. Visit DES website: http://www.des-pl.com.au/rebates
2. Complete the rebate form and submit the form online together with scanned copy or photo of proof of purchase of ColorMunki Photo and UPC Code of ColorMunki Photo packaging proof of eligible trade in solutions.
3. The rebate amount will be paid by cheque within 90 days from the date of submission of rebate form (subject to satisfactory compliance with terms and conditions as mentioned above).
4. Cash your rebate cheque within 90 days of the check date.
